How to Participate:
To participate in a Group Fitness class you must be a Fitness Member.

The class descriptions listed here are offered at different times throughout the year. All sessions are subject to cancellation due to low attendance after the 3rd week of each session.

Levels

Level 1= low/moderate intensity
Level2= Moderate intensity
Level 2/3= moderate /high intensity
Level3= high intensity

Class descriptions

Jump Start Workout!!
Gets your day off to the perfect start!!. Whether you want to be motivated for the day ahead at to work or just looking to get fit. This fun supervised workout is the ideal way (three different sessions per week).

AB - zone
Looking for that six pack look- this is the class for you, when combined with your individual gym programme. Mix of stationary AB work with effective upper body movements to tone your body core.

Lower Body blitz
Specially put together to target the whole lower body, a mix of aerobic work with sculpting exercises for everyone who wants that Jennifer Lopez look (men are welcome!)

Stretch & Tone
This class gives you the mixture of total body toning (using band system) with stretching and relaxation built in.

Body Core
All sports or general day-to-day activities benefit from a strong and flexible body core. Using fit balls to work the whole body with extra emphasis on the Body Core.

Boxercise
Get the chance to become Lennox Lewis for the night; this class will really get every muscle in your body working. Jab & weave as your instructor puts you through your paces and finish with an AB zone mini session.

Circuits
This traditional class is still one of the best for results; work your way round the aerobic and strength stations that you go through at your own pace

Body Sculpt
Define those muscles with our pumping resistant band class.

Pilates
Body conditioning Class – Strengthen/Stretch and Tone

Body Heat
High intensity aerobic and toning –simple moves but a challenging and exhilarating workout.
